HITN reaffirmed its commitment to education as an integral part of its mission by participating in a Career Day held at M.S.332 University Neighborhood Middle School (UNMS), a public school located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
The panel of speakers for this event included Álex Argilés, Carolina Gallota, and Adalberto Jule. These accomplished professionals graciously shared their work experiences with the students, who are all recent Spanish-speaking immigrants. The aim of the event was to inspire and guide the students in making informed career choices that align with both market demands and their personal interests.
During the interactive session, HITN representatives engaged with the students for approximately an hour. The insightful discussions fostered a deeper understanding of the importance of education and career planning among the attending students.
As a token of appreciation and encouragement for their continued academic pursuits, UNMS students received promotional items from HITN. These items serve as a reminder of the event and aim to motivate the students as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
HITN is dedicated to empowering students through educational initiatives and partnerships with schools.
